Registered with the trade and companies’ register of Metro Manila under SEC Registration number 0000076145 and Intra-community VAT number: 002-096-923, makes this Website available with the aim of disseminating scientific and promotional content relating to the products marketed and the activities developed by SERVIER PHILIPPINES, and with a view to improving SERVIER PHILIPPINES’ communication with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.
As the entity responsible for the processing of personal data, SERVIER PHILIPPINES respects the privacy of all users of this Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and only collects and processes personal data under the terms described herein and in compliance with its rights and obligations arising from the law. Should you have any cause for complaint regarding our use of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority of your country. How long do we keep your personal data?
Your personal data collected by SERVIER are kept in a form that permits your identification for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. More specifically:
- Personal data collected for the purpose of audience measurement are kept for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months;
- Personal data collected for research purposes are kept in the information system of the data controller, participating centre or healthcare professional participating in the research until the study product is marketed or until 2 years after the last publication of the study results or, in the absence of publication, until the final study report is signed. The data are archived in paper or other electronic format for the period established by applicable laws and regulations;
- Personal data collected for pharmacovigilance activities are kept for a period of 10 (ten) years after the termination of the respective marketing authorization; the data are subsequently deleted or archived anonymously, unless otherwise provided by law;
- Personal data collected for the management of medical information is kept for a period of 3 (three) years after your request;
- Personal data collected for medical or scientific purposes with healthcare professionals are kept for a period of 5 (five) years after your last interaction with SERVIER PHILIPPINES, and subsequently archived for 5 (five) years and then deleted;
- Personal data collected for the management of relationships with healthcare professionals linked to clinical trials are kept until the study product is marketed or until the study results are published. They will then be archived in paper or electronic format for a period in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Personal data collected for communication and management of relationships and promotional activities (contacts with healthcare professionals) are kept for a period of 5 (five) years after your last interaction with SERVIER PHILIPPINES, and are subsequently archived for 5 (five) years and then deleted;
- Personal data collected for transparency management are kept, archived and destroyed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Personal data collected for any other type of correspondence is kept for 13 (thirteen) months.

SERVIER PHILIPPINES adopts appropriate and commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to store your personal data that we collect and keep confidential and to protect them against unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration or damage taking into consideration the state of art of technology and the cost of implementation.
Do we share your personal data?
The personal data of Website Users collected and processed by SERVIER PHILIPPINES will only be accessed by a limited number of recipients, based on the “need to know” principle, or when required by law, including, but not limited to:
